Description of Work: Scheduled service never took place. The appointment was rescheduled by the company four times because of scheduling mistakes and other problems. I waisted several hours waiting for them.

+ -1 moreSunday came and I never heard from them, so I figured, OK, they will call tomorrow. Nope. No phone call Monday either. (or any other day) I finally called them and left a message to not bother calling me, as I would not want to use their service based on this lack of contact and professionalism. I would never recommend such an unprofessional company to anyone.
Description of Work: I called and made arrangements for them to come out an perform a cleaning on my home, to see if I wanted to use them for my weekly cleaninng service. I spoke directly with the owner on Saturday, January 1, and she said she could have someone out Monday (They would call Sunday night to confirm), or at the latest Tuesday (they would call no later than Monday night if this was the case). For the initial cleaning, it would be $30 per hour, with approximately 4 hours reguired, which seemed a little high, but I was told that regular service customers recive a discount on the cost, so I agreed to the price.
