Description of Work: Originally, the estimate was for $450 but I bought the Angie's list deal to pay $99 for $200 of service so he took the $200 off the estimate. The gutters and downspouts were so packed with debris it took hours to clean them out. He then reattached them where they were loose and cleaned off the roof. They also had to reattach a collector and downspout that came detached and were leaning against a window. They will be coming back to do work in the near future.
