Description of Work: They do my termite inspection and spray for bugs inside the house. They're very friendly and keep me posted when it's time for my inspection. They're flexible with appointments, keeping to my schedule.

Description of Work: We use J Roy for years to provide monthly pest control. They do an excellent job. When we have problems with unexpected bugs.....they are prompt to respond. We had carpenter ants that they treated for as well as got mice (we live on 6 acres). I highly recommend them.

+ -1 moreAN APPOINTMENT WAS MADE OVER THE PHONE, AND I PAID IN ADVANCE, WHICH IF I REMEMBER CORRECTLY WAS MY CHOICE, THEY WOULD HAVE BILLED ME. THEY EXPLAINED THAT IT HAD BEEN and quot;Xand quot; NUMBER OF YEARS SINCE THE ORIGINAL TREATMENT AND IT NEEDED TO BE TREATED AGAIN JUST AS IF IT WAS A NEW HOUSE. I KNEW THIS WAS A TRUE STATEMENT HAVING DEALT WITH OTHER COMPANIES IN THE PAST AND HAVING HAD THE SAME EXPERIENCE. THE LADY ON THE PHONE SAID THE GENTLEMEN COMING TO THE HOUSE WOULD EXPLAIN THE PROGRAM TO ME. THE SERVICE MAN WAS ON TIME FOR THE APPOINTMENT, HE DID SHOW ME WHAT THE INITIAL NEW TREATMENT ON MY SIZE HOUSE WOULD COST $475 NEXT YEAR BUT COULD BE BROKEN DOWN IN 3 PAYMENTS, AND THEN THE PAYMENTS IN THE FOLLOWING YEARS WOULD GO TO $115 A YEAR. THEY HAD BEEN AT $95 FOR A NUMBER OF YEARS, SO IT WAS NOT SUPRISING THAT THEY WOULD GO UP. THE NEW TREATMENT WILL BE DONE NEXT YEAR. ,
Description of Work: THIS WAS AN ANNUAL SERVICE CALL WHERE THEY COME OUT ONCE A YEAR AND TREAT THE HOUSE, SPRAYING ALL ALONG THE BASE OF THE FOUNDATION. THIS WAS NOT A YEAR THAT THEY NEEDED TO COME INSIDE AND CHECK THE TRAPS INSIDE THE HOUSE, SO THEY DID NOT DO SO. MY HOME DOES NOT HAVE A LOT OF MULCH OR THE LIKE AROUND THE FOUNDATION SO THE SPRAYING IS RATHER SIMPLE FOR THEM TO DO, AS IS THE INSPECTION THAT THEY DO.
