+ -1 moreThe owner was rude and abrasive and did not offer customer service in any way when I tried to explain the situation. Over weeks of speaking with them about the situation they have taken no action.
Description of Work: The product (blinds) are defective. They are not honoring a repair nor helping to rectify the situation.
