E&M Construction were the only professional who responded quickly to my request. There were able to complete the repairs within the week and did an excellent job. I was so impressed m y their skill and professionalism that I hired them to work on my fence as well.

Very trustworthy, let you know all prices upfront, and even show pictures of work that is done and problems that needed to be repaired. Moderately priced! I would recommend their team to others. Check them out, but trust me, you will be glad you did.

This company was quick to respond, did a thorough evaluation, and got the job done quickly. They worked with my insurance company and kept me totally informed. The roof leaked consistently and he never came back to make the repairs. He keeps stating that the leak is coming from a higher part of the roof. When I called a licensed roofer with experience, he explains that he installed the wrong materials on a low-pitched roof. When he removed the materials he found that that they nailed in a seam of the roof, that is where the leaks were coming from. Every time it rained I had buckets out to catch the water until it was fixed properly. I would suggest asking for a license... I paid 3 times as much as it would cost to make the original repairs.

Ensure you get a fully detailed scope of work and there is a full understanding of all the work that is included in the scope of work/contract. Additionally the contractor left the job site free of all debris related to the work performed.
