Albert went above and beyond my expectations. He and his crew feel like family now! They even helped save a nest of birds on my porch. Anything I asked about was addressed immediately.

Again, another great job by Albert and his brother. They graciously helped me pick up the door at a location a half-hour away from our home the day before install and delivered it to our house. They were on time the next morning. Removed old front door and installed new one perfectly, no issues. They added electrical lines to either side of the door to install new decorative lighting. This required them to cut through the interior drywall which they patched to match the existing drywall texture. (I volunteered to paint it after they left so we could let the drywall patch dry completely.) Their quality of work has really helped improve the curb appeal of our home. We will definitely call them again for future home improvement projects.

They were very good and did the job for a reasonable amount of money. Given that I live in an “exclusive” neighborhood, I had quotes that were beyond outrageous. We still have one minor piece that we’re waiting to repair. It’s about 6 inches of wood that he promised to take care of. Other than that, he did a good job with everything. He's been very responsive. There's still one minor little thing that he has not done but I really think he will do it. He was very punctual with the exemption of the weather. The weather, when he did the job, really prevented him to complete it as quickly as he could and you cannot paint in the rain so I can’t fault him for that. His people are really very good. They're probably better than what I would have experienced than I paid $25,000 to have the whole house resided. If they would have done it for that because chances are they would have come back and ask for more money. This guy was an absolute gentleman, he did everything right. They were really good. I ended up paying a little more than what he asked for but that’s only because we ran into problems that he did not foresee. Even given that it was still far better than I would have gotten anywhere else.

Albert & his brother completed the job in one day. They graciously and professionally met all of my particular requirements like mortar color, my perhaps-over-the-top attention to detail, and measurement needs. They also cleaned up after the job was completed as if they were never there. Very professional. I will be calling Albert again to assist on improving our home.

Double A was able to schedule the appointment earlier than initially promised. Repair was prompt. Double A gave advice on future potential problems.

Albert Gaston (Al) and his crews were professional and worked non-stop to complete the job. Double A uses different crews for pressure washing, prep, and the painting. We had many days of rain which slowed the progress of the job, but the final result was beautiful. The wood repairs were numerous and Al, a skilled carpenter, does these repairs. I'd have to say that our house looks better than it ever did when we bought it fourteen years ago. Al is good about checking the work his crews are doing each day and/or weekly, and making sure you are happy with the work. We took several walk-arounds to be sure nothing had been missed with Al.

Double-A Home Improvements Inc. was accommodating and we really like them. We will call them back. We were impressed. The job was a little bit more than what we paid for.
