Description of Work: Installed landscaping materials

Description of Work: I used Creative Outdoors to install a security system in my home and also done some landscaping for me as well.

Description of Work: Contracted owner Eric Marten to build deck and fencing around our above ground pool and then landscape with plants, rocks, etc. He is a very likeable person and had many great ideas. He outsourced the building of the deck and fence to another contractor and friend of his. Many items in the estimate and the "talking" stage of what to expect did not happen. Nails used instead of wood screws so wood is now warping. Gate was built improperly and began to sag in less than a week Top Soil was promised and that didn't happen so plants are alot lower than expected Promised and paid for 50 plants and there are only 42 As he ran out of plants he finished with whatever so its not symetrical, etc. Worse of all they never finished the job. They were supposed to come back and fix the gate and stain/seal the deck and fencing. We held out some of the final payment, but evidently that was not enough to entice them to come back and finish. Every time we called he was nicey, nice and said he was coming out either that day or the next and to date (8-18-2011) he has not come back. We recently contracted someone else to make a new gate and we have purchased the stain/seal so we can finish the job ourselves.
