Eric was knowledgeable and provided color samples of Trex deck, steps, and railings. Promised a two week job in March and proposal for $34K in 30% increments. Paid 30% for under-deck support enhancement and drainage. No contact for months and lots of excuses about material availability and cost. Some material was delivered in September after nagging, and 40 boards were installed in two days. Paid another 30% and they never came back, leaving a mess and another 40 boards by house uninstalled. Seven months now.

When I called Cornerstone to arrange for service, the receptionist wasted no time in telling me how much the technician would charge for the service call. However, she seemed completely uninterested in whether or not the work would ever get done. As it turns out, Cornerstone did not keep the appointment. No one came to my home and no one from the company called to tell me that they could not come. Awful!

The process from start to finish went exceedingly well! The online quote system was easy and efficient to use also. We decided to completely start from scratch by removing all of the overgrown shrubbery and the overgrown wax myrtle tree from our front yard. Eric, the business owner, was very responsive and quick to reply to emails and text messages. He was able to get me a quote very quickly via the online quote app they use. I accepted it and we set up a date to have the work done. Marvin's crew showed up right on time and got right to work. The entire job was completely finished in less than 4 hours, which included a thorough cleanup of all small branches and leaves. They loaded all of the ripped out vegetation onto a trailer and took it to the dump. I was very impressed with Eric and Marvin's crew's professionalism and thoroughness. I will definitely use Cornerstone again and also recommend them to others. I've included before and after photos.

After the initial conflict in scheduling it went very well. Eric was always very professional and his crew that came was hard working. Eric and his crew went above and beyond our expectations. Outstanding work and will be using them again in the future.

We were looking for someone to put in a paver patio and pergola in our backyard at our new home. We met with many landscapers, but Eric and Cornerstone were the only ones to make us feel like they wanted our business and we were their only client. From design to completion, Eric and his team were friendly, helpful, professional, and gave us exactly what we wanted. Their work is high quality and their prices were competitive and fair. Eric and his staff are awesome! My new home had a serious drainage issue with flooding in the middle of the yard. Eric came in and leveled out the yard, adding drainage so there are no more puddles! The seed put down is growing very nicely, and the yard looks great! Thank you, Eric, and your team, for a great job!

Eric and his crew were professional and extremely knowledgeable, and Eric always communicated with us about his crew's schedule and "next steps" as our project got underway all the way through completion. We were extremely pleased with their work and would recommend them to anyone looking for excellent landscaping services (excavation of existing plants in the front flower beds, design of new landscaping, and installation of new landscaping), and also for the design and construction of a new raised-bed vegetable garden.

The team was great after reviewing different ideas and choosing the right brick took about 4 days. The longest was the supplier where Cornerstone got their material that too the longest which stretched the project out longer. I was so impressed with the way Owner Eric worked with me I hired him for some additional landscaping work and it’s turning out GREAT!

The project went very well. Eric's crew did the demolition on a Friday removing the existing Pad, hauling off the debris and preparing the bed for the new pavers. The new pavers were installed on the Following Monday. The project was completed on time and on budget.

Perfection-on time, comes with a large crew so the job is down in less times. But even though it was less time the landscaping looked amazing. Best landscaping we have had seen moving here!!

Eric, the owner, arrived promptly to provide an estimate and discuss the landscaping options we desired after we purchased the paver patio special the company offered. A few weeks later, they arrived on our scheduled date and performed all the work as we agreed upon. The paver patio and landscaping was done exactly as we wanted and looks great. The work was done with great detail and the company was clean and professional. Eric, the owner, was on site during both days of the job. I would definitely use Cornerstone again for our landscaping needs in the future.

Seeing all the great reviews I don't know if our $1000 job was not big enough to be taken seriously. I hired Cornerstone Property Services based on a recommendation from one of our neighbors, and was expecting an excellent job. Unfortunately the execution was quite far from it. The job was rushed and the outcome was not anywhere close to what I've pictured. After giving them a chance to fix it, the end result is still not near where it should be. I would not be recommending this company to anyone.

The proposal was generated promptly and professionally; however, we later canceled the order to due non-responsiveness on executing the work. They would schedule the work and then cancel due to weather without notifying us. They would not call or email to reschedule. The only way I could get an update is to contact them myself. I tried calling during business hours; however, the office could not answer schedule questions and referred you to the owner which would then call you after hours. This process went around and around for four times. At one point, we were told that they couldn't install our sod because their machine was broken down. My wife and I got tired of the excuses and lack of communication so we canceled the order. Cornerstone has tried to explain that weather is preventing them from finishing the work; however, there have 3-7 days of straight clear and dry days during this battle with them over schedule. During this same period that they have blamed for weather, other people we know have had sod work and landscaping work completed. Our suspicion is that Cornerstone has over committed themselves with work and can not properly schedule their work. No customer should have to be the one asking the contractor: where are your guys, why didn't you show up, and when are you going to do my work.

contractor showed up checked the system had to return later after several calls they came back. I felt as though the contractor and his crew knew what they were doing but were busy with other more expensive jobs so my job didn't get the attention. I do feel they were good but I'm not totally satisfied. Sprinkler system not covering an area of landscaping I want covered.

It went great. They got started on time and finished up quickly! Had my place looking great. I would definitely use their services again and would also recommend them to others who want their property looking great.

Eric is great to work with. CPS is customer-oriented, and works to provide solutions at a reasonable cost.

It's been a "mixed bag". It began last February after we had our driveway replaced, and we needed some work to repair the damage to the lawn and also to address other issues. We were told it would be about 3 - 4 weeks before he could get to the job, but it proved to be much longer. Eventually Eric found time in his busy schedule to do the work, which included resetting some paving stones next to the drive and in the backyard, adding sod to the edges along the driveway, some minor drainage work in the front, and bringing in some new sod for the backyard. There were repeated delays, but eventually the initial phase of the work was completed. However the sod in the backyard was only enough to cover a portion of the area that needed attention, so we asked Eric to provide some more. He said another pallet would be sufficient, but it wasn't enough, and we asked to have a third pallet brought in - and to have some sand added in some low spots. This last has never happened - there was an apparent miscommunication about the request. In the meantime, portions of the sod that were brought in died. This may be from overwatering and the heavy rains we had, but even the areas that haven't died have deteriorated significantly. We asked Eric to come out and give us an assessment of what to do about the problem, which he promised to do within a day or two. That wsa early July, and we've heard nothing. As I look out on the backyard, I see broad dead patches where the new sod was brought in. Only one small area has survived well, and new we're contemplating having someone else come in to clean up the mess.

Very Satisfied. He'll be back to fine tune the sprinkler system and plant some trees.
