Acutec Home Inspectors is InterNACHI Certified and licensed with the Louisiana State Board of Home Inspectors(LSBHI). We are locally owned and operated and will represent you and your interest only as we are not affiliated with Realtors or any other business in the Real Estate industry. You can rest assure that the home will be inspected accurately and professionally. We inspected every house according to the strict standards of practice set forth by the LSBHI. If you a home buyer ,you should have a thorough inspection performed to ensure that the true condition of the house is documented in an easy to read, picture filled, professionally bound report. Your house selection, price negotiation and peace of mind are all hinged on the condition of the house that you are interested in. If you are the seller and would like to know the items that may need repair before the negotiations start, you should have the house inspected prior to buyers making an offer. You can participate in the inspection since you are the client and once the house is ready for potential buyers, you can use the Home Inspection Report as a marketing tool that the competition won't have.

Shawn did a thorough inspection of my house. He was very responsive and arrived exactly at the scheduled time. Shawn was very polite and helpful. When he first arrived, he explained the details of what the inspection would entail. He then performed an in-depth inspection of the house, inside and out. At the end of the inspection, he showed me each finding and explained what I needed to do to get them corrected. I received the inspection report the same day. I am completely satisfied with this company and would highly recommend him.
