This has been going on for a year, nasty text messages, And the harassment is unbelievable. We had to block him on our telephones

+ -1 moreThe workers performed the job as described on 11.20.12. The job was done on time and in one day. The installed an aluminum patio cover with the dimensions 24 X 14 including a ceiling fan. They cleaned up partially after they left, they left dirty finger prints all over the white patio cover (did not wipe down), and left a cracked piece of siding by the outlet. However, at this point we are leaking. There is water coming out several drainage holes of the siding and window frames (behind the siding) from BELOW the awning. This area should be dry. My husband and myself have called them over the course of two weeks plus with no response to calls or emails. Upon further research we now know they have a F BBB rating with an alert. At this point no solution.............

+ -1 morePatio enclosure guys did a great job but a two day job turned to a five day job due to them not arriving until after twelve and taking frequent breaks. The owner never called durning service nor after to find out how work was going
