A Clean Getaway

Description of Work: I purchased a total of four Groupons/Living Socials from this cleaning service. The saving grace that kept me from giving them an "F" was one professional, friendly woman who did a very good job. One of the remaining three was so terrified of my 17-year-old, decrepit cat (who spent the entire visit either under a bed or inside a closet), that she was unable to perform her duties and, realizing this, I let her go after cleaning only half of the house. Another of the remaining three told a member of my household upon walking through the door that she was only there for two hours and couldn't possibly get any work done in only two hours. Mind you, every time I have someone come to clean my house, I spend hours of my own time ensuring that the house is tidy, picked up, and clutter-free so as not to impede the cleaning process. When I arrived home from work, there was still dust on the furniture, glass (mirrors, shelves in the bathroom) was dirty, it appeared as if the ONLY thing that she had done in two hours (in my 1,000-square-foot shotgun house) was sweep the floor.

Description of Work: General house cleaning. Bathrooms, floors, sink, etc.. Nothing was really off limits.
