I set up a time for him to come out and give me an estimate for insulating my 20 x 30 shop, He said he couldn't make it at that time but... He wanted to me, on the phone describe in detail the shop. I gave my best estimate. Without coming out he gave me a number out the air. At the same time I had contact another company and they came right out that day. This gentleman measured the shop and gave me a very decent estimate! I went with him. I called Coco's to let him know that I was going with another company. All I could reach that day was his voice mail. He tried to get call me back numerous times, saying he wanted to know how far off his bid was. The week following I was in town and he called my cell, most of the time I don't answer a number I don't recognize, I did that day. He went his little spiel and told him that it was none of his business what the other guy was charging me. And for that matter I didn't like that he couldn't get off his duff and give me an estimate in person. Then I had to hang up on him!

They showed up on time, did it quick and did exactly what they said they would. I will use them again in the future.
