carpet installation

Description of Work: This company also sells and installs solid surface countertops, etc., and has been doing so for almost 30 years. It is a father/son operation. The son scheduled a visit to my home for an estimate when I called him. He was courteous, punctual and extremely knowledgeable. He provided multiple sources for me to look at to aid in my choice of granite. I ultimately made the choice based on samples at his shop. He traveled to Dallas to hand-pick the slab, taking and sending pictures while he was there. When I made my choice, he had the slab tagged and delivered to his shop here in Shreveport. He made a second trip to my home to confirm his first measurements. When the slab arrived, he had me visit the shop to approve and confirm my choice. The countertops were completed and installed exactly when he said they would be and he did a beautiful job, which included installation of the under-counter sink and new cooktop, which he had picked up from the suppliers. Without being asked, they removed all the old tile and sheetrock from my garage, where it had been left by the carpenter who had done the tear-off.
