+ -1 moreI made 4 calls to this company and left my my cell # and my husband's cell # just so we would not miss their call. I chose them because they had received high marks on this site. To give them the benefit of the doubt they may have had a family emergency, etc, but they could have at least returned my calls.

+ -1 moreI called Joe at Western Star on June 2nd and he came out the next morning. It took 3 weeks for the LG washer we have to be repaired, but I can not blame Joe for that. LG parts I found out are hard to find because of the problems ongoing in Japan. After the parts came in Joe had the washer repaired in a couple of hours. Overall I am pleased with the service and Joe's professionalism.
Description of Work: Diagnosed problem on first visit on June 3rd and ordered the part at that time.
