+ -1 moreShowed up exactly as promised even though they were slightly hampered by rain showers and had to return the next day. Did an excellent job. Employees were very polite and courteous. I received four bids for this job and found that this price was more than compatible plus I really like the fact that part of the money goes to my favorite charity. I highly recommend this company.

Description of Work: Work was done on time. Mr. Webb kept close watch over the crew and made sure they did the job the way he wanted it done. I have not had one problem out of the roof that he installed. He was always available to answer my questions. He did the job the way I wanted it done.

Description of Work: I work with a local insurance agency and Ron Webb has done a lot of work for our clients. He is very professional and genuinely cares about our customers. I have yet to have even one complaint about him, his crew, or their quality of work. I always recommend him to my clients looking for roof repair and will continue to do so. His company also gives 10% of every job to the customers choice of charitable organization. What a great way to give back!

+ -1 moreMr. Webb came out to my home and looked at my roof to determine the reasoning for replacement. He suggested I contact my insurance company as he believed it would fall under my homeowners insurance. He was at my home during the insurance inspection and we scheduled a date for repair upon approval of insurance company. Within a week he had his crew at my home and was able to replace the roof in one day. After the work was complete the crew cleaned up all the mess around the house and used a magnet for nails. Mr. Webb is a professional guy and his guys did quality work.
Description of Work: Webb Professional Roofing replaced my asphalt roof including vent fan, and pipe caps.

+ -1 moreThe overall process was excellent. Generally, I contacted Webb Professional Roofing after calling my insurance company. After that, Mr. Webb managed everything with the exception of selecting the color of the shingles. Great service and an excellent job.
Description of Work: I sustained hail damage to my primary and secondary residence. Webb Professional Roofing managed the job, from contacting insurance company on my behalf, overseeing the job and making sure that I was completely satisfied. Mr Webb is the ultimate professional and goes out of his way to ensure a job well done. Mr Webb also contributes 10% of his proceeds to a charity of your choice. I received a letter from my recommended charity a couple months after the job was completed stating that a donation was made in my name by the company. How impressive! Great company! I would recommend and have recommended his service to others.
