Really smooth transaction. Very professional and easy to work with. Did exactly what they said they would do whe they said they would do it.

The guy who came out, Gary, seems nice enough. He told me that he wasn't sure where the leak was or whether what he tried would work, so he only charged $100.00. However, he wanted the check made out to him, personally. I had already made out the check so I told him he would need to work that out with the owner. On 20 Dec 2010 Gary showed up at my house with the original check and said that Absolute Roofing no longer existed as far as he knew and that the phone number listed on Angie's List no longer worked. I c=had him wait while I confirmed this, and it was true. He agreed to write a letter explaining his request and sign and date it. The roof still leaks under heavy rain, but I decided not to bother mentioning it because the situation seemed very strange and I just wanted to resolve it and move on.

Call Absolute Roofing Company for an estimate and had it the very next day. Said that they could start work the next week. Everything went as schedule and the roof looks awesome. Great work for a great price. They were $1,500 to $2,000 cheaper than the other bids received.
