 + 0 moreWater's was busy at the time so he subcontracted out the work to Sheppard's countertops. The cooktop side came out perfect, but on the sink side, there was a problem. The backsplash was no cut level. I called Water's countertops and he said to call Sheppard's and they would fix it. I called Sheppard's and they came out to look. After seeing the mistake, they ordered another piece of the quartz and came back and fixed it--no charge. I am pleased, but would have been more pleased, if it had been done right the first time.
Description of Work: Zodiac quartz countertops on both sides of kitchen sink and both sides of cooktop. Install undercounter sink. Laminate rounded quartz bullnose edge to countertop--for a smooth, clean appearance. Install backsplashes.
