From the initial estimate to final walk-through, Water Works was on time, understood my needs, made necessary adjustments, communicated in a timely and thorough manner, respected my property, and performed quality work.

My experience with this company was horrible. I am still paying for a service that was never completed. They turned me over to a credit collection agency, to keep down confusion I agree to pay them a dollar a month until is paid in full. I would never suggest this company to anyone.

An appointment was scheduled to repair my leaking sprinkler system a week from the original telephone call (morning). The Water Works receptionist said that a person would be out the same day as the call in to turn off the water to the sprinklers. By late afternoon I had to call again to ask about the repair person who had not shown up yet and there was no call from Water Works. The receptionist was courteous and said she would call the repair person to get over to turn off the water. After i made that call I checked the leaky system and discovered that the leak had stopped and so called Water Works and asked that the repair person need not come today to turn off the water but I still needed repairs on the section of sprinkler that did leak. A week later, on the day when the repairs were scheduled, Water Works was a no show, so they were called again late in the afternoon. The receptionist, thinking that since I canceled the repair person to turn off the water, I didn't need the other repairs and so they canceled the original scheduled appointment. She apologized, and said she could schedule repairs the next day but that did not work for me so the scheduled the following day. She stated that she would call and let me know the time when of the appointment. Needless to say, she never called and they never came! I suggest they get a better scheduling system in place.

They did a very thorough job in a timely manner. As a result of their good work I got a maintenance contract with them, when they come check everything twice a year.

There is one or two heads that need to be replaced. They explained how they do the tests. They are very professional, they come and get the job done.

I contacted this company to get an estimate on some repair work. A technician came out, saw that there was no vacuum breaker on the system and said he couldn't work on the system or even give me an estimate for all the things that needed to be done until the breaker was repaired. He kinda said it could be at least $350 or $400 just for the breaker. The company called me to see about scheduling the breaker install. I never called them back. I call this and quot;holding you over a barreland quot; service. This company charges $65/hr even if they do absolutely nothing!! Be forewarned here. There are other company's in the Shreveport/Bossier area that give estimates for free.

They were on time and in fact a bit early. They called ahead to make sure I was here and went over the new controller with me thouroughly. He explained how everything worked. It was simply above and beyond what any other person would have done.
