It was an awful experience. They used immigrant workers who didn't speak English, the quality of the work was very poor, and the pricing was excessive. What's more is the company sent the same workers to my house when I specifically requested a different group to do touch up work, and the manager complained that he wouldn't make a profit since he had to return. Ultimately, I would not recommend them to others.
Description of Work: I hired them to replace the flooring, shower pan, and tiles in my shower enclosure.

Horrible. They were by far the worst subcontractor on the job. It was very difficult to communicate with the workers and there was rarely a foreman on the job. They worked on our showers by the light of a cell phone until I loaned them a flashlight. Because of that, the shower holds water every day because the slope is wrong. They had to tear out a window sill in that shower, but it is still leaking and cracking even now. They put dark grout on the rock border in one bathroom and then left for Mexico for Thanksgiving. After three acid washes, the grout is still there. It looks like a third grader did the job. They then splashed acid on the marble counter top, causing the entire top to have to be ripped out and replaced. Also, be certain that all valuables in your home are put away. Someone else is enjoying my iPod and wearing my earrings now.
Description of Work: They did all of the tile and granite work in the new home we were building. That included granite and marble counter tops and tile floors. They were still working after we moved in.
