 + -1 moreI have been using them for about 9 years for weekly lawn service. They are consistent, fast and reliable. I use them for special projects at least twice a year - major plantings, trimming, seasonal plantings. They are exceptional with this service. They are not inexpensive but their service is well worth the price.

 + -1 moreUnfortunately, our property was one of many struck by a tornado on May 16. The bushes and trees were shredded to the extent that all foliage on the north side became broken limbs and missing branches. Tree tops of huge pine trees broke off and fell on houses as well as on other trees causing a great deal of damage to living plant life. Some of the mulch washed away, of course, but much remained in the flower beds. It was one of those bad timing experiences you DON'T want to have--ever. But the job done by Total Lawn Care was greatly appreciated for at least one day.
Description of Work: Trimmed bushes that had become overgrown and cleaned old pine straw from flower beds and replaced with mulch of our choice, We believe they fertilized the azalea beds but never received a confirmation call on this service.

 + -1 moreI contacted this yard service and was told they would send a rep around to my home to figure an estimate for the work I wanted done. I was told I did not need to be present at the time of the estimate and that they would call me when they had a figure. I neve heard from them again.

Description of Work: I called them last Tues 9/4/12 and because we were in a hurry they sent someone out that evening to look at the 2 trees we were wanting cut down. So when I talk to ms. Maria she was very polite and professional I didn't use them only because we had to have it done in two days and they were book out for the week I would recommend Them to family and friends

 + -1 moreWe had 11 trees dead in our yard this year. Total Yard Care removed them and hauled off all debris quickly and neatly. Eight trees dead and removed by TTC last year. They do superb work! The workers are Spanish but there is always one worker on the crew that speaks English. They have been my yard care providers since 1994. I couldn't ask for better service. The prices are so reasonable you won't believe it. They are hard to schedule because they have so very many jobs. Alvaro Vargas, the owner, is trust worthy and truthful. I highly recommend them for any job in yard care. Simply terrific.

Description of Work: Called to arrange a visit and provide an estimate to cut and remove 3 large crepe myrtles in the back yard. Company timely quoted a cost and an arrangement was made to complete the work. The work was completed and the grounds were left clean. Very nice job; thank you Total Yard Care.

 + -1 moreI had difficulty communicating with the workers to explain my complaints and to give instructions as to how I wanted the job done. I do not speak Spanish. They are thorough, efficient and speedy and arrive when expected. Communication is the main issue. NOTE: I have used Total Yard Care services for over a year.
