Tommy Mitchell

I am sitting on materials trying to find another installer. I am a pretty flexible and understanding guy; after weeks of working through communication issues, I am left holding the bag on this one.

Tommy did a wonderful job laying our vinyl plank floor. The floor was hard to get stuck down ( think it was because of the big drop in weather temp) but he was patient and took extra time working with it to make it perfect He was polite, professional, and easy to work with! Will definitely use again!

He provided the paint, patched the walls and caulked whwere needed. He cleaned up everyday before he left as well. He was a pleasure to work with and I plan on using him again this spring for power washing the outside of my house and touch up where needed.

Moved fridge, stove, washer and dryer. Installed a beautiful ceramic floor along with the grout. Still think it is beautiful.

Quick, easy cheap. LOVE IT!!!

It went great. He came out on a Sunday which was very convenient for me because I work odd hours during the week. He did a great job and he actually did a polyurethane coating for free. I didn't expect to get that done for the price. It was excellent and he is somebody that I would definitely use again. The price was pretty fair. He was a little higher than the other quotes I got but he came out on a Sunday, which is very rare. The quality of the service was great. He called me back within an hour to schedule. He was professional and he came alone to do the work.

This is one of the ones who's number you should keep if you ever run across it. Tommy does BEAUTIFUL work. I provided him with the tiles and the grout, and he laid in the flooring perfectly. When asked to do the surround, he came up with a lovely design from the tiles that I had given him. When he did the bath surround, he prepped the surface for me with that special red waterproofing stuff that all the other workmen were impressed with. They told me he went the extra mile by doing that for me. Once when he was doing the flooring, I came home and there was a design on the floor in the doorway that he had done without asking from the extra tiles left over from doing the bath surround. It was gorgeous, and a nice addition to the look of it. One thing though, he gets annoyed if he arrives to a site where the supplies haven't been bought yet (understandably). I didn't do that to him, but someone else did and he was telling me about it. I hope to God that he stays working in the field he's in, because if I ever need help again, I won't be happy with anyone else. Hire this guy with confidence.
