 + -1 moreTheir sticker was on the HVAC unit when I bought the house 6 years ago, so I called them for routine maintenance. I've used their services several times since then. Their service people are always prompt, friendly, and professional. Some are more thorough than others, but they all seem to be experienced and know what they are doing. They don't make a mess and always clean up after themselves. I like to observe their work, but when I leave them alone, they are quickly in and out. They will explain what they are doing and will summarize their work upon completion when asked. Their rates are average to slightly above for the area and they like to bill for the year for semi-annual contracts, but will bill for each servicing, if asked. They seem to be popular, so appointments are the norm.
