 + -1 moreOld carpet and ceramic were removed and new wood floors were installed. I'm very pleased with the quality of the product and installation. It was an easy experience from start to finish. Both sales staff and installers were professional, customer service oriented, and knowledgeable.

 + -1 moreAll the vital information was given at the time of the call including our address. No comment was made about our residence being 12 miles over the state line in Texas. On the morning of the appointment for an estimate for the job, we received a call saying they did not install in Texas. Upon questioning why, I was told that they had problems in the past with payment in this area. I live in a nice area, and this was an insult to me and my neighbors. I feel that I was lied to twice because they knew up front that my home is in Texas, and then to place blame on the honesty of the people in the area was the worst insult.
Description of Work: We arranged to have bathroom tile installed.

 + -1 moreVery satisfied. The employees that we encountered were extremely customer-service oriented. I will recommend this company to anyone I know looking for a new floor covering.
Description of Work: My mother had a new floor put down in her kitchen and laundry room. She lives out of town and doesn't drive. They allowed her to take samples home so she could get input from all of her children. They sent out someone within a day or two to measure so she could get an accurate quote. Once she decided on what she wanted, they ordered the floor and scheduled an installation. The installers were wonderful. They moved all of her appliance, including an extra-large deep freezer. They were accomodating to my mother and keep her informed of what they were doing. If they were doing something that would keep her from walking on the floor for a little while, they would let her know so she could use the restroom or get a snack before they started. The job was done very well. Absolutely no complaint.
