After cleaning could still pat it and dust would fly up. Washed cushion covers in washer and got better result than they did, but can't do that with sofa.

i don't know because i was not there during the cleaning. My tenants were there and were overall pleased with service.

Very professional, persuaded me to purchase additional services, cost was higher than I anticipated, but I agreed to the added services. They did a good job, but not sure if it was worth the cost.

It was quick and professional. Definitely satisfied.

Really can't remember all details. I remember that they tried to get stain out but we're not successful. Remember that although polite, they did not seem very knowledgeable and were not successful in removing stain.

They were right on time and called when they were on their way. The two man team was professional and explained all of the work they did.

Called got a estimated cost and a appointment time. They were there on time got straight to work after explaining all there services. Took about a hour and it looked great!

The crew showed up on schedule and went right to work. Crew was courteous and professional, consulting us several times to show us what they were doing and checking for our satisfaction. We asked about cleaning the area rugs, and the technician explained exactly how he would do the Persian, wool rug - including the precautions and the additional cost. They worked efficiently and were finished in 3 hours, moving furniture as necessary. As we expected (and were satisfied with), they did not even attempt to move two armoires and the upright piano. They even offered to return at no extra charge in a couple of days to take the furniture off the blocks. We received the service we expected at the quoted price - we recommend them and will use them in the future. Very happy!

We hired them to clean some very old and worn out carpets in an office building that we just moved in to. The carpet really needs to be replaced, but this was the cheapest option for us until we are ready to replace it. Zac Gandee was great with communication. He came out promptly, quoted us on the cleaning, and walked us through all the details. We had two other companies bid this work and decided to go with Zac, not only was his price fair, but he also gave me a great sense of confidence that the work would be high quality. The carpets are still old, but they look much better and smell great!! Our company will use Zac and Stanley Steemer for future projects.

They did an excellent job in removing the stains, and the carpet looks great. They scheduled for the day after I called, called when they were on the way, took the amount of time the had projected, and cost the amount they had said on the phone. They were professional and friendly and I highly recommend them.

They are pretty good. I am about to use them again in the next week or so. They do a real good job. It was 3 rooms for $100.

I contacted this company this week (10/4/11) and was told there was duct cleaning service by SS in Shreveport. I had to call the main company number because the Shreveport number was no longer in service. I don't know if they still clean carpets or even if they are in town any more.

They did a good job. They have a franchise here in the neighborhood and we were recommended to them. We were pleased with what they did. They were two young men who came out and they were very polite and pleasant. They were very courteous. The main person did most of the cleaning and he was the one who told me what needed to be done. He found animal spots. He got under the beds and did all the sidewalls. They were fast. We sat on our patio and watched them do the work. They did the work fast but they were not thorough. They were responsive. They were a little late. It seemed that they were in a big rush and I felt that they could have paid attention to details more. We were happy with their work but I will have to think on whether I want to call them out again.

I thought they did a real good job. He was real friendly and nice. He's a professional type of person. He was really the best because he was an ex-service man and he was really nice. The price was a little higher than I expected but he did a good job.
