It took them three months to do it. I had building material all over my house and my property for three months. It was a mess. It was pathetic. The builders came out and put in five windows and a door. It was a nightmare. The finished product was wonderful. The workmanship was terrible to a certain extent. Everything was pathetic. I had four flat tires because they left nails in the driveway. I had water in my house three different times inside a fairly nice home. This was on Christmas Eve, New Years Eve, and three days after that a year ago. In the end when you look at it, it looks great. The bricking matches the brick on my house perfectly. You can't even tell that it's an add-on. Everything turned out well with the exception of the fact that it was the most inconvenient thing in my life. I have done construction work before. I have done room additions and all kinds of things like that. Had I done what these guys did leaving a mess I would have been fired on the first day on the job. They used one contractor to do the roofing and another contractor to do the framing. They broke into my existing roof and then let it sit for a week while it rained. That's how I got the water in my house because the other guy wasn't ready to come and do the roofing. I would never use them in the future again.
