He came out when he said he would to give me an estimate and was quick getting back to me with the estimate. Price was better than others so I told him I wanted it done. I spent over a year calling him every couple of months and each time was told I was on his books and that when he got done with a "big job" he was working on, he would get my job done. It has now been at least a year and half if not two years and still NO irrigation system. How can someone doing business like this stay in business? If my job was too small or he didn't want to do it, just be up front and say so!
