Excellent job with a fair price

Fine, it all went well.

It's fine. We're, they're, it's a really good company. I don't know what else to tell you. I think I've already reported on them before to you guys and nothing has really much has changed. They did a good job installing the equipment and the equipment seems to be working fine. There was some minor problem developed like with one of the sensors and they come out and fixed it, you know quickly and so forth. Another words there maintenance of it has been fine. And I would recommend them to somebody. The main thing about them is I don't recall any problems with them. I can't think of anything that they can improve on and I don't remember being annoyed about something that I thought that they should do differently or anything like that, of course, that's you know one event and they may be you know this is not exactly a random sample you know it an anecdote, it's not a survey of all the people who's used them, but I think their fine. I don't know what else to say. I would just recommend them to people. I mean we, I've used them. No problem with them. Hope you have the same service from them and I think that you can expect that.

The security system is fine. They do not do periodic service checks. The price is on a recurring payment; it is not much, like $20, but I don't remember. I have never had to call them so I guess their quality is okay.

We recently bought a house that had an ADT security system installed. Since the system was already installed and having one lowered our homeowner's insurance, we decided to use it, but weren't nuts about using ADT. We preferred using a local company and after seeing the great reviews on Angie's List, we decided to use Shreveport Security Systems. I called and set up an appointment to come to the house to see if they could use the ADT system (they usually can). Unfortunately, we were told that they could not use it because it was a more sophisticated system. We were given a quote of $485 to install a new one. We decided to discuss it first. A few days later the ADT system started going off for no reason, but we didn't have a code to turn it off. I called ADT and they were able to tell me how to turn it off. I decided to have one of their technicians come out and teach me how to use it, give me a code and a quote on how much monitoring it would cost. When the technician came out, he was extremely shady, pushy, and never wanted to give me a direct answer to any of my questions. After about 15-20 min, he randomly tells me that we can't use the system that's already installed (by their own company) even though the previous owners used it and it clearly works! He gave me a quote of installing an entirely new system which totaled well over $2000. There are plenty of other details to explain how horrible by experience with ADT was that day (which lasted 2 hours!), but I will skip over them to explain how grateful I was to have Shreveport Security Systems come out and provide our home security system. Bottom line, DO NOT use ADT!!!! Shreveport Security Systems is well priced, professional, and most importantly gives us the confidence that we are being well taken care of.

Work was done neatly and was done on time. They came back and made some adjustments to the cameras when I called them without hesitation.

I've never had an emergency but every time my alarm goes off they call right away to check.

They are a local business. I have been impressed with their customer service. They had to come out several different times because of how are windows are set up. They were able to hide all of the sensors and were great to work with.

The system includes motion detectors and door and window entry. I have liked the cost of their service, I initially checked around for pricing and they were a bit less expensive.

They have good customer service, I have had to call them regarding the alarm a few times but have not had to have them out to the house since the installation.

We have used their services for about five years. It is a good basic security system. The one complaint I have is it is tied into your telephone line. If you loose your phone line you also loose the alarm system.

They were really great to work with. They responded quickly and timely. Their pricing is extremely reasonable. They will be redoing the alarm system at my church after I recommended their services.

They're phenomenal. We are very pleased with system. Our agent Ben came out and explained everything to us and even called to follow up with us. He was just very good. He even made a second trip to deliver additional services we ordered. I was very pleased with the service he provided. I would recommend their services to others.

I don't need their service any longer but when I did we had no problems with them.

They do great. They even called recently to let us know the power went out in our home. They are very helpful and friendly.

We still use them. So far, so good.
