 + -1 moreWork was mediocre at best. Problem arose after completion. Company sent an invoice for an amount WAY over the agreed price. Attempted to contact company to discuss/get details. Company avoid/would not return my calls, would not respond to my letters requesting explanation of charges. After several months of run-around I received a letter threatening to sue if I did not pay unexplained charges. I paid under protest, will file a complaint with BBB and contact attorney. Avoid this company at all costs.

 + -1 morePaul Richardson came out on a Monday to do an assessment and was very pleasant. He explained what needed to be done and the ~ cost. Did not hear back from him, but a person was sent to my house that Wednesday; quick response but would have like to know they were coming. The guy did a good job and cleaned up as he went doing the job. Overall happy with work. Did get a call back from company on cost of job.
