I highly recommend Redd Pest Control! I was looking for an honest, fair, and reputable pest control company and I came across this company. I was impressed after reading the reviews and decided to give them a call. I spoke with Steve the owner and explained my situation and he explained the best approach to remediate the situation. Steve was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He said he could have a technician out the next day between 2-4 pm and the technician showed up as promised. Redd Pest Control treated my house and two days later I received a follow up call to see if the problem was resolved. It is so rare to find a company that prides itself on delivering great customer service. I am 100% please with the level of service I received and will use this company again if needed.

They were fantastic! They came on time, did exactly as they said they would, and efficiently treated the wasps. I have had no problems since. The price they charged me was lower than the other quotes I received by far. Later I had an ant problem, and they came and did a quick inspection for us at no charge to give advice.

The technician was punctual and professional. He did a fantastic job in performing the spray and listening to what pests have been cropping up. He made sure to take care of the pests appropriately and explained. What spray he was using and why. He was quick and efficient and a great guy. Will be utilizing his services again and again for sure!

I was very impressed with my service from the first day I reached out to Steve. Steve was very professional, punctual and caring about our flea problem and he provided a wealth of education during this entire process. From the beginning, I knew he and his group were going to get to the bottom of this problem so that we could finally live peacefully in our home without the presence of fleas. I now have a better understanding of how important it is to maintain preventive care and what to expect when dealing with fleas if I ever encounter this problem in the future. Highly recommend this company. My husband obtained quotes from two other pest control companies and for the amount of work being done and the price, Redd Pest was the best! When the technician arrived, he proceeded to put ant poison in all of the electrical outlets in our kitchen, and he also treated around the outside of the house. Of the other companies we contacted, the first wanted to charge $160 for the first visit and then wanted to come out every other month at a cost of $100 each time. If we did not want the package, they would charge $260. The second company was going to charge $130 and seemed uninterested in doing any actual work. He said he would put poison in one of the kitchen outlets and that should take care of it. **NOTE: We had ants coming out of two kitchen outlets, under the baseboard and through an undetermined point near a cabinet.

Timely, Good Job

e called around about pest control, but when my wife called Redd Pest Control she was blown away by the professionalism. We paid them $80 for a 3 month service. Within that 3 months if we see anything crawling they will come out at no additional charge. After the heavy rain we had, we saw a few bugs in the carport, so my wife called them. They were there the next day and retreated the entire property. Great company.
