ON-TIME WASTE DISPOSAL

Consistently late or did not show up. At least 5 times in the last 3 months that they did not come on Friday. When you call the office you get a voicemail that says "due to problems outside our control, your trash will be picked up late". When you do actually get hold of someone, they tell you excuses about drivers who are not trained. None of this is my problem, when i have a large family that creates alot of household trash. I just called to terminate my service and request that our cans be picked up so we can find a more dependable service. I got the excuse that they had technical difficulties and that's why they are always late, then was told that the lady i was talking to was only filling in for someone else and had no access to my account. I asked for a credit for the service dates they did not provide on time, and was told she doesnt know how to do that either. Absolutely ridiculous that their company name is "On Time", and very rarely are they ever on time...
