N & Out Cleaning

When I read the review that was posted in January, I was shocked. I have never been disappointed when I walk in the door after a scheduled cleaning. My house is always spotless when I come home and the girls go above and beyond. My most recent cleaning was yesterday. I had to email the owner last minute because I have company coming in town for the holiday weekend. She was so nice and fit me in immediately. I will continue to use their services and am very thankful for their help each month!

Their initial cleaning was supposed to be top to bottom but they somehow couldn't clean my floors. During the most recent visit on the 27th of January, my husband pointed out that our shower had not been cleaned since our initial cleaning, 8 weeks ago. I sent the owner a picture of my shower and she never responded. On the cleaning crew's next visit I showed them what they forgot to clean in the shower and they agreed that it had not been done since the initial. They ended up cleaning what I had specifically pointed out but still didn't wipe down the doors. I sent the owner a text message that I was dissatisfied with the last crew that came out and didn't sufficiently clean my shower. All she responded to this was "It sounds as if we were not able to meet your expectations, best of luck." She said this via text message in order to discontinue our services but never came herself to check on the issue. I've tried to call her multiple times since but she refuses to respond to either my or my husband's phone calls. RESPONSE FROM THE COMPANY TO ME: You say you're a Christian??? A ChristiAN does not belittle, degrade, bully, talk down to or turn their nose down on their heavenly brothers & sisters. My employees gave 100% cleaning your home & went the extra mile because of your demands. After you text to me on Feb. 2nd @ 8:20pm; (which I will post as well) it was clear to me that no matter what we did and/or didn't do, it ws not going to be satisfactory to you. Maybe you should consider cleaning our own home????? On a last note....grow the *expletive* up!!! Who slanders a company on facebook based on their NARCISSISTIC PERSONALITY AND OPIONION????
