+ -1 moreHe was extremely friendly & professional as were the ladies at the store. We also had occasion to purchase a couple of parts from the Bossier location & the staff there was very nice.
Description of Work: The technician met with us to evaluate the system (we'd just bought the home & knew nothing about it), then ordered parts & came back to replace the bad parts.

+ -1 moreHe's just so polite and it was so easy to set them up. They do a nice job but we haven't had them build a pool. We've been really pleased with them to do the maintenance. The price varies according to how often we have them come and they have it set up according to neighborhoods. It's nice when someone comes in; they are always polite and professional. They do a great job. We are using them on an ongoing basis. We started using them because we had a really bad allergy problem.

+ -1 moreI love Morehead Pools. I like the plan that they came up with. I love their work. The people were very nice and very knowledgeable. They were just more expensive than what I wanted to pay. I love what they came up with. It is better than anybody else, but it was just a lot more money. They were very creative. The plan that they came up with was just pretty. Everything was pretty. They computerized everything. Everything was more modern. They had everything on a computer. If I afforded it I would have gone with them.

Description of Work: This company was paid in advance by the previous owners of our house to cover the pool maintenance while we were moving to the area. They did not come and clean the pool once during the month of June and the pool was dark green when we arrived 4 weeks after closing on the house. I thought there was a misunderstanding but it turns out that the company was paid by the previous owners/ realtors with specific instructions on keeping the pool up during the month it was unoccupied. It was horribly filled with algae(could not see anything but dark green) and was very expensive to recover it by another company. When I called to get someone from Morehead out there to fix the problem, I was told that noone was available for the next week. I immediately fired them. Irresponsible, extremely POOR customer service.
