Drain installation was rushed and not adequate. They came right back and completed it properly by making a change to the original plans. They were prompt and courteous and stayed within the parameters of the original estimate.

They did a great job. They were pretty friendly, and nice. It was much cheaper than the others were trying to charge me.

Mike was awesome in helping advise me on roofing colors and product lines. He was punctual and attentive to questions and concerns I had during the process. His crew was very detail oriented. I wanted hand nailed shingles and they were excellent in both their work and their clean up. All trim pieces match the roof color and the overall look is everything I was hoping for. I have lots of landscaping next to the house and I had no damage whatsoever. I haven't see en a single nail in my yard or driveway. I highly recommend Mike McWaters for a well installed roof.

McWaters came out shortly after I called them about the repairs I needed. Mike spent a good amount of time going over things with me and addressed all of my questions and concerns. I was given an estimate at that time and was quoted a fair price. They came out as soon as they could (a week or so?) and did a nice job of repairing and replacing the damaged areas. The painters came out the following day and finished up the paint/caulk/repair. All of the guys were polite and professional. The repair work was done in a timely fashion, and I am satisfied with the results. We will definetly be using them again.

The job was poor, I did not seek redress as there was no actual leakage.

They gave us a reasonable estimate, came to do the work on time and finished on time and did a very good job. They worked while we were gone and we had no problems at all. We would recommend them and would use them again.

It is expensive, but it is good. You have to pay attention to what he does, or he won’t do what you told him to do.

He did a good job, and was available quick. The quality of his work was good. He guaranteed his work for ten years.

If there is a problem he will come out and fix it quickly at no charge. He is dependable.

They were good, but they left nails all over the yard. He told us that they came back to pick them up, but we still stepped on nails in the yard. I don’t like that they didn’t use something automatic to take care of that; they just went around the yard and picked them up. They did a good job on the roof but they didn’t come some days that they said they would and we found a few roof tiles, candy wrappers, and cigarette butts in the yard. They were nice and the only big thing was the nails, but that was important to me because I have kids running around out there.
