It went great! I called on a Friday afternoon when I was at my wit's end and took it in on Monday morning. They kept it a few days, running diagnositic tests and called me back with an estimate. They charge by the hr. I was hesitant to leave my imac with them, but they made me feel confident they could fix it. About 3 days later, I got the call to l pick it up. The diagnostic test is an hr. I cannot find my bill from last month, but it seems it is $90-$100 for the an hr and the diagnostic is included. They assured me they rarely have clients with bill over $200-$300.00. My bill was around 1 1/2 hr. or, $150. I was thrilled with the price! When I picked it up the tech went with me through everything he did and went through the procedure to boot up the applications and wanted me to ask any and all questions until I felt confident I know what was what. That probably took at least and hour, but I was never rushed and always felt they wanted me to really understand what to do. and the Receptions was charming, as well! They are in the process of moving to the Shops at Bellmead on Youree Drive. They told me they can give support via phone and by taking over my computer, too! I love these guys!!
