We had a tree fall on a corner of our home during the Spring flooding in the area. Once we received the estimate and notified Rabb Roofing that we wished to have them do the work, it was a month before they could get to us, with the flood damage they were swamped. Once they did get to us, they were fast and professional. The price was just over the estimate and we expected that due to some extra work required once the extent of the damage was revealed. We were very pleased with their service and will not hesitate to hireach them again.

We requested service during a very busy time in our area and ML Raab & Sons did a great job for us. Most other companies refused to even give us a quote since the job was so small. The service guys were very timely and professional. I would not hesitate to use this company again.

I call them and made an appointment and he was on time very nice and i told him what was that water was linking from the roof coming down threw the back glass doors into the house and that I could not figure out where the water was actually coming from. He took a look and within 1 min. told me that it was a bad shingle he replaced it with in 10 min. and it cost $55.00 and It has never linked after that. He also checked my roof and said it was in good shape. Very nice and clean and knew what he was doing. Oh by the way he was Mr. Raab the son of the company. If I ever need some roof work I will call them.

These guys are the best we have found in town.

We had 2 roof leaks, one after the other. It was the owner's son, Jeremiah, who came. The first one was very intricate as it was on a tight corner around the chimney. It took him 3 attempts before he finally got it done. He never stopped figuring out a solution until he finally got it right. I only had to pay him one time for that job. I understood how hard it was to troubleshoot that problem as the previous contractor never got it right. The second time I called him for service was when water was seeping between the roof and the brick wall. He fixed it at first visit. I would highly recommend him.

See the above. He was very informative. Squeezed us in his schedule and the pending storm. We were very pleased. We followed up on the next-steps he recommended, and the solution has been found!

They came out and gave me an estimate. But when the insurance company asked to meet with them to discuss it, they refused to come back out as they were too busy. As a result, the insurance company denied my claim!

We had a great experience with them. They did high quality work and they were very timely. They are very professional.

Fixed the roof as promised and replaced rotten lumber as they discovered during the original estimate Had to leave some debris for a few days because their truck was not operational because of a clutch problem Picked up the debris as promised within a few days

I called on a Monday and the person there said I would be put on a list, they were very busy. When I didn't hear anything I called back on Wednesday, the office person said I was on the list, had a star by my name and he would get to me as soon as possible. I was concerned that he would not get to me before the next rain, I called back on Friday (big rain coming on Sat), she said she would check again. Later that afternoon he called to meet me at my house. He did an examination and agreed that the drip had to be coming from the cracked/dry vent seal. He promised to return Sat. AM (he had to pickup materials) and would fix all of them before the rain started on Sat. He even promised to 'work' in the rain, to get it fixed. He kept his word and he fixed all 5 about 6 hours before it rained. Micah Raab was honest and professional. I will hire this company again in the future if needed.

We had had a leak that was difficult to find and after dealing with the original roofer, with no satisfaction, I called M.L. Raab after reading that they specialized in hard-to-locate leaks. It took several tries but they can out each time very quickly and managed to find the leak and repair it.

I called and talked to the office manager. About a week later the did the repairs. Easy to deal with.

Mr. Raab was prompt. He determined what the problem was and when asked for a recommendation on who could do the AC repair he gave me a referral. He also replaced a part of a vent that was missing and replaced shingles that had not been installed on the top of the roof. Very respectful and honest.

The contractors were timely, extremely efficient and provided quality work. I had a significant leak on my second story flat roof that was destroying two interior areas of my home. The contractors came out and took a look without requiring me to be home, provided me written estimate within a few days and scheduled the work with no issues. This company was much less expensive than other local roofers and their five year guarantee was the final decision point for me. They stated the work would be done in one day and they held to their word. They did a great job cleaning up the debris from the area and I haven't had a leak since then! Would definitely hire again.

Never showed up to do repairs after several appointments.

The job was scheduled and completed in a reasonable time frame considering the weather and circumstances.

They told me they were going to come out that Monday but ended up coming out the Friday i called them. Very Friendly and Professional. They gave me an estimate of $100. Stated that the roof was leaking around some nail holes. Advised his guys would come out that Saturday and fix the problem. Later that same day some workers showed up were here 5 minutes with a bucket of roofing tar and said it was fixed. Advised that it was leaking from around some vents on the roof. I have not received a bill from Rabb and Sons Roofing yet and it seem like the leak is fixed. Rained all last night; checked the closet and room where the leak was and it seems to be dry.

They were very prompt and thorough. The quote was accurate.

I was very pleased with them on the interaction I've had. They were very responsive and came right out when I called them...it was going to rain and I was really worried. Their price estimate for the new roof was right in line with the other estimates I got. They are a very well established company.

Outstanding. Very courteous and professional. Did not request payment until job was completed. I wouldn't use any one else.
