 + 0 moreAllen Harris, the service provider/owner, left a sign on my door advertising landscaping services. When I called, he promptly came over and quoted me a fair price for putting in flowerbeds and paving stone. The next day he calls and leaves a message saying that he spoke to his former employer and he doesn't think he has the equipment to do the grading to be done before laying the stones. When I called him back, he agreed to just to do the flowerbeds. The day before the job was to be done he called and made an appointment to meet me at Lowes to pick up materials. The next day morning, I waited for half an hour at Lowe's, but he did not show up. I come back home to find a message that he is turning down the job because he is not confident he wouldn't damage the sprinkler lines while tilling. Totally unprofessional!
