+ 0 moreThe tile looked great until the water would seep through. They did come out to measure the height and it was placed too high. They cut corners and didn’t put a sealer down in the first place. The condensation messed up the glue underneath the tile. They came out after a year later to fix the problem after putting us off 6-8 times.
Description of Work: They came out to put out carpet in our whole house and they put tile in our kitchen and bathroom.

+ 0 moreA bit pushy with sales, but overall very helpful and friendly. Main problems are with service after the sale on problems that occur post-installation. For example, buckling of wood floor, carpet coming up. Multiple phone calls and "discussions" to get problems repaired. Prolonged period of time to get repairs done.
Description of Work: Have used this company for hardwood floor installation and carpet installation in 3300 sq ft home (big job). Sales experience went well, but follow up for repairs took months for hardwood flooring and, so far, weeks for carpet repairs. Installation team ok.
