We thought they were great to work with while finding what we wanted, picking out the tiles and accents for a kitchen backsplash, but the good service only lasted until the sale. They don't take back tiles not used (even when sold by the piece). Their excuse was that they would have to ship them back, but the tiles could stay in their inventory so that's just an excuse. It was only a few pencil tiles (sold by the piece), so how much would that have cost them? A restocking fee would be reasonable, but total refusal to take them back is just bad customer service. We didn't get a per-item price or detailed listing of costs, even though I told them I needed it for insurance--I asked for one at delivery and Amanda got one and emailed it to me. They also did not tell us the shipping was $117--only that it would come from Dallas. I could have driven there and back for half that. If you deal with this company, be sure to get a contract that outlines the cost of every item and shipping. Great selection and quality, but you'll get better after-the-sale service from Lowe's/Home Depot and they take back what you don't use.
