Horrible. Totally inexperienced at whole house remodels. Cut corners on quality at every opportunity. His motto is whatever is fastest, cheapest, and quickest. His crew stole over $2000 of personal belonging. He didn't complete the work the contracted itemized. Said he had a six month guarantee which he has failed to honor but then again he didn't even complete the job. Just quit coming to finish his work. Originally said remodel would take two weeks. After four months, still not finished. No returned calls, texts or email. Tiles coming up, bathroom fixtures improperly installed, terrible painting on walls, watered down paint, put latex paint over oil based paint. I had to spend several hours each night cleaning up after him after he stated his crew would clean up. They left the house a total mess each day. Tracked paint, oil, grease throughout the house. Had to replaced rugs in three rooms. They threw all the old paint items not the back yard killing the grass. Failed to properly seat upstairs toilet which leaked onto the main floor. Would not replace the sheetrock on ceiling but just did a poor job of muddling over the seam and painted. Had to retire the kitchen 5 times, upstairs bath 3 times. Tiles are all coming up and breaking. Used my tools and appliances without permission. His crew ate out of my refrigerator. His CREW consisted of two young boys that had never worked for him before. He Will not pay or replace the items his crew damaged and will not pay for stolen items. We are sueing for damages. Would not recommend Kevin Hardy to do ANY work. Very disappointed.

Kevin Hardy came to my house and gave me an estimate that we agreed on. He said he would be at my home Wednesday morning at 10. He was late and texted that he was sorry but would be there shortly, then NEVER SHOWED UP. Will not return texts or phone calls. I took the day off to be here and completely wasted my time.

They did a fantastic job. He's going to do more work for us.
