 + -1 moreI called them early one morning and the owner was at my house within the hour to give me an estimate. He did not give me an estimate immediately, but he emailed it to me within a couple of hours. When the electricians showed up to do the work I was very impressed with their friendliness and professionalism. They did the job correctly and neatly. The next time I need an electrician, I will call Grace Electric.
Description of Work: Grace Electric installed a 50 amp RV outlet in my garage.

 + -1 moreI called three other companies and no one ever got back to me. I then found Grace Electric on ShreveportBBB.com. I called them and when I did I got an appointment the next day for them to come out and give me an estimate. After they left, two hours later I received my quote. I emailed back to clarify the quote because I know nothing about electricity and wanted one thing changed (I changed my mind on one room). I got a response the next day because I emailed late in the day. After I got my response the next day, we scheduled for them to come out and that was two days later (that was the best day for me). They were on time, did an awesome job, and cleaned up after themselves. They had to come back two days later (that worked for me and my schedule) to finish the job because they had some issues and it took longer than what they expected to install my breaker box. Which was totally understandable because everything I've ever done to my house, I have ALWAYS had issues. But they finished the job and were so professional and I just love it all!
Description of Work: I had a breaker panel installed, a new meter outside installed, my microwave put on it's own circuit, an overhead light installed in my computer room and new baby's room, had a few outlets made hot all the time, and had a GFCI outlet installed in my bathroom.

Description of Work: I was having a pool installed and needed an electrician. I called Grace Electric for a quote. Ken Welch came out at the agreed time and in no time had checked everything out. Ken told me he would get back to me the following day with an amount. First thing the next day he called with an estimate and, if I wanted to use his company, when he could start the work. The other companies I contacted for quotes were either late, did not show up, or did not call back until 2 weeks later. I called Ken and we set up a date to do the work. His electrician showed up (on time) and had the work done in no time. I wanted to add something that I forgot to talk to Ken about and the electrician said it would be no problem but it would be an extra charge. He told me he would get back to me with the amount before he started. A couple of minutes later he let me know the charge, I gave the go ahead, and it was done. He even cleaned up his mess. These people were great. When I got my invoice it was exactly the amount we discussed-no hidden cost. Ken and his electrician were so courteous, always on time and professional.

Description of Work: I use them regularly for small electrical repairs as needed. Last job was to change some outlets out for me.
