Work performed quickly and professionally. Workers cleaned up yard every day and checked for nails in driveway before they left. Only took 2.5 days to complete job. Job foreman very good about answering our questions. Supervisor came out to inspect quality of work after job completed. Warranty issued after inspection.

scheduled visits for repair estimate three times and never showed up. gave up after 5 phone calls went unanswered.

Gold star came out to repair the roof on an add on room to our house. The stripped the old shingles(two layers), replaced several weak roof deck boards, and reshingled the entire add on. Roof looked perfect afterwards and they cleaned up behind themselves so you would never know they were there. Came in about $1000 cheaper than the next lowest bid. I am very satisfied with their work and will use them again.

From the first call everything was handled very professional. The work was performed on time and with excellent workmanship. A big thank you to the company and its employees.

Requested a new roof from this company and on April 15, 2009 document signed accepting the price. I was told it may be 6-8 weeks before they would start the job. I called the office late June to inquiry about when they might start and was told "next week". They did not show and called two more times and was told "next week". Spoke with a manager who promised to call me right back with a date and he did not call. A total of four calls were made with zero satisfaction on getting them to tell me anything about my impending job.
