+ -1 moreRico did a wonderful job and he made everything work great. He had a universal control which we bought from him and he programed for us our equipment. He had to spend some extra time and effort making things work with our receiver but he did it and it works great.
Description of Work: Installed a new hdmi tv and blueray dvd player and harmony 650 control.

+ -1 moreThis is an unnerving experience which required too much supervision for me to think of them as professional. They did not call ahead of time as they state they will to confirm delivery date and time; nor did they send an email. I finally called them; and they stated they were scheduled to deliver to me on "X" date between noon and three. They showed up at 8:30 a.m. They brought both appliances in, but did not bring the power cord for the range. They told me you had to buy that separately - not kidding. I called their offices on the spot (the drivers would not wait for me to speak to their company - but did have time to sit in their truck for several minutes after they left my home). The offices simply repeated what the drivers told me and stated they'd send me a $50.00 gift card for the inconvenience. They have not sent the card....... I ended up having to locate a power cord and someone to finish installing the range. Altogether, I won't buy anything else from them unless I speak with someone to confirm I have ALL the parts.
Description of Work: I purchased a range and a refrigerator from them.
