It was poorly done. During the initial walk around I explained the need to get water away from my house when it rained, both at the front of the house and and back. They included dirt fill in the proposal to lift the level near the house to establish the drainage. When the workers came in they immediately began tilling up the area around the house for the beds without adding any fill. I tried to communicate that there was supposed to be fill in there for drainage. One guy spoke English and I assumed that he could influence what was happening but did not. When the owners came by I again told them. He was upset with me and said they knew what they were doing. They also put the irrigation lines in without addressing the low area near the house. We had spent a lot of time prior to me signing the contract to understand and even transit the yard levels. When they did not do anything about the drainage (a primary purpose of the project) I told them I would not complete payment until it was done properly. Rather than adding fill, they built a gully or ditch though the back yard to get it to drain. I deal with that now always. Some of the original irrigation sprayers I had to lower myself since the ditch was added after they laid the irrigation lines. In the front yard they put in a french drain that that we had discussed prior to executing the contract. They sent an additional bill for a couple thousand dollars for that, which I refused to pay since it was what I expected accomplished without me having to force the issue. When they walked around to view the project I had specific things I wanted done - mostly the landscaping to get standing water away from the house. As for the irrigation, it was necessary if I wanted to keep grass and shrubs living. They proposed to pump the water for it out of the bayou running along the property. I paid a couple thousand dollars more for their solution because I thought it would be a better solution than pumping from my water well. Bill Fleming the owner assured me there was no problem with it and it made sense that it was more expensive because of the installation of the piping in the bayou and the cost of the pump. The water was high and moving fast at the time. He asked how low it goes. I told him about 20 feet lower. I told him that the pump could not be placed near the bank because it floods there every year and we agreed on a place that was higher than I had seen it flood. I was concerned about the speed of the water and the fluctuation in levels. He said it was no problem. This was agreed to prior to the contract. They installed the pump and got things working. They said they could not permanently place the intake in the bayou because of the speed of the water. Bill Fleming said that when it was lower they would come back, put a boat in the water and mount a permanent intake. In August I was on vacation a friend contacted me that the sprinklers around the front of the house were not working. As it turned out they were clogged (When I asked Bill Fleming about dirt in the water clogging the sprayers he said they are designed to not clog). I called Fleming to have them check why some zones where not working. They came back and apparently intended to do the work they had promised in permanently mounting the intake. During the process they moved the pump down to the bank of the bayou where I had told them it floods nearly every year. When they did this they ran the power and control lines on top of the ground from where the pump had been mounted to the new location - about 40 feet. They placed white PCV stakes in the ground every few feet and strung yellow caution tape between the stakes. That is how they left it, and how I found it when I returned. Apparently that is how they intended to leave it forever. I spent thousands of dollars with them and end up with yellow caution tape across the yard and exposed electric wires running across the top of the ground. Their irrigation manager came by one day when he saw that I was home and asked that I turn off the power to the pump so they could come back later to winterize it. I did and I showed it how what they had done had busted off and was floating down stream (tied on with a rope they had wrapped around a sump). I also told them that I had specifically told them that where they placed the pump floods every year and needed to be moved. He said that they moved it down there because the pump was unable to pump from the other position when the water in the bayou got lower. Bill Fleming was made well aware of this water level and flooding issue before they proposed this pump. Then of all things they sent another be for a couple more thousand dollars for moving the pump down there, exposing the wires, putting out the yellow caution tape and putting in something that quickly broke off and floated downstream. I sent Bill Fleming and email to correct these issues. He called to confirm getting it and said he needed to talk to his irrigation manager and would call back. I sent a certified letter. It has been 3 weeks and he has not responded. I had to cut the pipes and move the pump back up to higher ground to prevent it from flooding. It is not working now. The water when back down some and the pipe they have in the water is hanging out above the water level. I have hired people and companies that did poor services. This company is different. It is my opinion that they go into the relationship trying to figure out ways to screw you. It comes primarily from the top. They try to intimidate to try to get you to accept what they did, and send extra charges for things that where clearly part of the original planning. I could go on. I would never use them again or recommend them to anyone.

They listened carefully to our needs and wants which included a yard that was dog friendly, low maintenance but still lush and beautiful and then went above and beyond our expectations. We called this company at the recommendation of a friend. They came out and turned on our sprinkler system and adjusted a few of the sprinkler heads for optimum coverage. Jessie also taught me how to use the sprinkler control box at my request. (I've never had a sprinkler system before.)Both of the guys were very nice and very professional.

They were very professional. They were customer oriented. They listen to your ideas and work on them. They make sure that you are satisfied with their work. Over all they were very good. Price wise they were very good compared to the competition in this area. We got three bids on what we were trying to accomplish. We will use them again.
