He gave us an estimate and estimated date of when he could do the work. He called and arranged a time (earlier than his estimate) to come do the work. They showed up on time. The work was done professionally and finished on time and the work area was cleaned up before his people left. He has the equipment and the people to do the job. He personally supervised the work and made sure we were happy before they left. I will call him again when more tree trimming is needed.

They arrived right on schedule at 7:45 a.m. and got to work immediately. All the limbs involved were taken down, cut up and removed from my yard. They did a good job of cleaning up after the work was done.

Due to the drought from 2009 - 2011, several trees on the property of my church, and my 80' pecan tree needed trimming/cutting down. Figlio Tree service came out several times (to the church) gave bids that were reasonable, and the Board approved work to be done. The crew was professional, their clean up was amazing, especially in the children's playground area, you couldn't tell where the tree had been they cleared the area so well. Urgent cutting of several trees that were a threat to the subdivision next door, and to our buildings were done with no problem. Figlio always responded within a day, and the work was scheduled as soon as possible. Cudo's to this company.

They were the best I have ever dealt with. I give them all A's and will use them again in the future.

He has been out to the church 3 times and is always punctual. His crew is amazing and the congregation could not even tell that he took one of the trees down in the children's playground. He had to move gravel to grind the stump; then replace all the gravel so you could not even tell that it was done. He bent over backwards to help our church out of the goodness of his heart and I will use him again in the future. I have been using him since 2007.

Greg Figlio is a pleasant man with whom to work. He came out and gave me a flat rate for either a half-day or a full day's work and did not eliminate any additional work that might arise before he could get to me. He told me it would be a few weeks before he could get to me but did move me up the list when he got a cancellation and I called about some more falling limbs. The crew arrived around 8 a.m. and finished about 5 or 6 pm. They were very professional, pleasant to be around, courteous, and removed all debris from the site and left my yard and patio areas clean. I paid Greg by check when he came to check on the work before the crew left. I received his invoice marked and quot;paidand quot; yesterday in the mail. Greg's price was not the highest, nor was it the least expensive. I choose to go with Greg as his quote included work that I suspect would have been and quot;add-onsand quot; with the other quotes I received. Figlio Tree Service is extremely busy and that probably is the only negative if you are a customer needing immediate service.

They arrived as expected. Removed the two trees and cleaned my yard when they were done. Their team was extremely professional.
