Description of Work: pumped septic. They were unable to properly remove lid, so advised us to jackhammer a hole in the top of it. We were then charged for the unproductive digging that was done by the worker, even though we had to provide access to the tank, and re cover the hole that they dug. The actual worker didn't intend for us to have to pay for him digging, but we were later billed for that.
