+ -1 moreBeware of this company, I have purchased one of their houses and with it being only 4 years old it is falling apart. If there is a piece of molding, a corner in the room, or crown molding, it will be cracked and seperating. The windows are not square, the cabinets are ok but the paint job as a whole was very poorly donein the whole house. There was no caulking done around any of the windows, the tubs, or the shower so now the sheetrock is degraded and falling apart around one of the tubs. Whoever does there tape and bedding does not know what they are doing, there are so many cracks showing up on the walls its not even funny. I just purchased this house a couple months ago and I did not notice any of these things at first, Heck even the inspector didnt notice it. I have tried to call this company but have not been able to ever get them to call me back. I have been told by a realtor that they will not talk to the general public. If I could ever get them to call me I might be a little more understanding if they would explain to me why it is happening so fast but since they will not return any calls I would advise you to avoid them at all cost.

+ -1 morePoor warranty work. Nice looking house, but poor quality.
Description of Work: E&L built our house, but had difficultly getting them back out to make warranty repairs. I called a numerous times with little avail. When the repairmen finally came out, they completed limited repairs. Jake Lawler lacked professionalism. Of course there are two sides to every story, but while I lived in the neighborhood there were others that expressed similar stories.
