Did an excellent job. Very pleasant with my mom. Outstanding all around.

Very punctual and professional. If ever I need the service they provide I will use them.

Made sure the filter on my new pump was clear.

Showed up on time and knew what they were doing. Turned out to be a bad pump. They were friendly and professional. Came back the next day to pump out my tank.

I did not like them. He came out and charged me 50 miles travel service. He also charged me $50 for the pump. He did not check things in an organized manner. He insisted that the pump had a problem which I thought otherwise but he still changed it. When he came back the next day because I called him because there was still a leak, he charged me again. I would have appreciated it if he was able to detect the problem the first time and was honest with his charges.

Called 17 June 2014 and scheduled aerator pump change and pump out. Was told aerator would be 18 June between 8 AM and 10 AM and pump out would be 20 June. So I scheduled both. On 18 June I waited until 1:00 PM and called and was told they forgot to put me on the schedule. They showed up on 19 June around 10:30 AM and changed the aerator pump. Ask them to make sure I was still on schedule for pump out for tomorrow when he got back to the shop. He said he would. Friday the 20th of June came and went no pump out guy. Called and they said they could not get to me until Monday, 23 June and it would be late. I reluctantly agreed. Monday evening at 8:30 PM I received a call the he could come if I wanted him to or wait until the next morning. I said to wait until Tues the 24th of June. He said he would be here between 7 AM and 7:30 AM. He did show up on time. I must admit they were very professional and knowledgeable though. It may be a scheduling problem from the office, or problems I'm unaware of, I don't know.

It went great with them. They did good work. We were very pleased with the whole process. Their price is reasonable. We were very thrilled and we plan to keep them on our list. We dealt with the owner of the company and his brother and they were both very nice and very pleasant to deal with. When they said they will be there, they were there. They completed the job when they said they would. They were very pleasant people to talk with and just very nice to get along with. We have no complains.

It went very well and I was very happy with the service.

Came promptly and opened the grease trap. He suctioned it and scrubbed the sides. Was very thorough and gave advice on the care of the system. Very professional and courteous . Will definitely use him again.

The Watson family bought out Dean Septic Service immediately after our Singular system installed. There were problems initially and even though Mr. and Mrs. Watson did not do the installation, they patiently helped us work through problems. They have always been very prompt in responding to our calls. After the initial problems were ironed out, we've had an annual contract and rarely have problems. We started out being a bit hostile to the Singulair brand through no fault of the Watsons, but under their ownership, have had a very smooth ride. The office staff was very professional. They gave a specific time they would be here and called me ahead of time to let me know that they would 20 minutes late. They knew exactly what they were doing. They handled the issue right away. They price was exactly what they said they would be.

Called to get someone out for a written estimate on 4/16/10, no return call, called again on 4/21/10, guy called and said he would call me back the next day. It is now 5/11/10 and I am still waiting on that phone call back. I have decided to go with a different system and company altogether
