They were very good. This was a second opinion work order through American Home Shield. First company came and said the problem was due to lack of maintenance. Since there isn't much we can do to maintain an oven with electronic ignition, we called AHS for a second opinion. They sent DARYL'S APPLIANCE SERVICE out. It took them 3 days to get out here for the initial visit. They ended up having to order a part. They also said this was due to the age of the oven, not to a lack of maintenance. Only took 5 days (including a weekend) to get the part and get back out to our house to replace it. Now our oven lights and is working fine. I saw the other reports on Angie's list which gave me a very bad feeling before this company came out to look at our oven. Fortunately, they were better for us than the previous reports indicated. When the technician was here he remarked that he had been here on a previous visit to repair dishwasher. I was not aware they were the same company, but I do remember that when the company came to repair our last dishwasher (another AHS repair) they were again prompt, professional, and courteous. Our dishwasher has been working fine ever since. Many people are more than willing to complain, but they often do not take the time to put on a good report.

American Home Shield contracted Daryl's to repair my refrigerator. It took nearly a week to get them to look at the fridge; they returned 6 WEEKS later with a defective or incorrect part. It has now been another 6 WEEKS and the fridge is still not repaired. We cannot not get Daryl to return our calls or the technician who came to the service the fridge. VERY UNHAPPY. American Home Shield says all they can do is contact the company.

Description of Work: Had problems with water line in refrigerator. Paid Home Warranty company $75 for service call. Daryl's was supposed to contact us. Three weeks later still no call, nor a call back after leaving three messages. Will get my money back from the home warranty company and hire someone else.

Technician (Daryl) diagnosed problem with our washing machine and said he would order the parts and call to return and install when they came in. We called him back 24 days later and asked when he would return to complete the repair. He said he didn't know why the parts weren't in, yet; and he would see if he could find them around his shop and let us know something tomorrow.
