Hired to move personal and household items from an apt to a home. One mover had forgotten about and left me in a jam, they were kind enough to come help me on a Sunday. THey sent 3 men but only 2 of them work, the older guy had a bad attitude and stayed in the truck "organizing" the boxes and the other 2. the youngest smelled of alcohol and kept running into things and bumbing the furniture into the walls so hard it left holes. But he was very nice as well as the the middle aged man with him. As I unpacked my boxes, I realized htey had been gone through, all CD's, vinyl, household items and clothing had been picked over and some taken. The company did not address the issue, but was polite enough. They were reassuring that they had not taken anything, but it is hard to have only dress strap when they were tied together in a knot at the bottom of a plastic bin and think it hadn't been rifled through. The vinyls were arranged between text book not be damaged. I have all the books, but no music. Not a single CD, a whole collection of women's accessoires disappeared, including a wedding dress. Various other household items did not return even though other box contents did. WHen the truck was leaving I asked if I could look inside, there was a box against the far wall that the older "supervisor" was covering with a blanket. I asked what it was and he said it was equpiment. The rest of the truck was empty. When I called the company and asked what equipment would look like a box against a wall, they said they had no such equipment. I think this guy stole my stuff, why the women's clothes, I don't know. But I found I had a lot more closet room and no music to listen to,
