Set an appointment and they were a no-show. Called and was promised another appointment. He missed that one too. Made a later appointment and this time the owner sent his wife, who admitted that she had minimal skills in estimating work. Took some pictures of the repairs needed and talked a LOT about her family. She was a very nice lady, but I spend approximately 1 hour away from work because the previous appointment was missed. She promised to get back with be that day, but I have yet to hear from them.

The first appointment was a no show, so we had to call again. We were from out of town, getting a house ready to sell. so timely appointments were necessary to accomplish our goals. The quote was written on a yellow legal pad with no detail specs, but since the quoted prices were reasonable, we awarded the contractor with the project. The company's workmanship was of moderate quality and we had problems with the owner returning phone calls and correcting mistakes. This company only refaces and builds the cabinets at his quoted prices; no finish work is provided such as painting or staining. And while the company offered references for finish work, it did not help expedite the work in unison with the entire project. Finally, we were offered solutions for a kitchen blind corner cabinet with the offer to install special sliding drawers; however, the company failed to follow through and left us on our own. At best, this company has great prices, but then, you get what you pay for. Since this former rental property was going to be sold, we completed the project on our own to get the house ready for market. We would possibly use this contractor again for rental type properties, but would never use his services for our own home.
